Bukalapak Becomes the First Indonesian Unicorn to Take the Floor on IDX

PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (Bukalapak) officially announced its plan to carry out an initial public offering (IPO), making it the first Indonesian unicorn to be listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The announcement was made by Bukalapak’s Chief Executive Officer, Rachmat Kaimuddin during the virtual Public Expose event, accompanied by the company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
